You identify and develop strategic relationships with potential clients and partners. You will oversee all business development initiatives with tasks including developing proposals, pitch and internal marketing materials, and prospecting, managing and communicating with clients.
We’re looking for an experienced and highly motivated individual who can multi-task, prioritize, and close; your responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities and managing incoming inquiries and leads. You understand brand planning, the creative process, digital agency culture, and will embrace collaborating with others. This is a full time position with a base salary plus commission and benefits.
What we'd like to see
- 3+ years experience in an agency setting — We need someone with industry experience in business development, client services or strategy.
- BA/BS in business, finance or marketing — We like smart people and having an MBA is a plus!
- Experience in creating written business development proposals and marketing materials — We’d love to see what you’ve done in the past.
- Effective communication and social skills — People buy from people they like.
- Passion for branding, design, and technology — You need to love what we do
- Experience with Adobe and MS Suite — These tools are part of the trade and we’d love to learn what else is out there.
