PERSONAL BRANDING COACH Keva DINE
I identify with every stage of being a candidate — leaving a job, finding the next one, selling yourself, getting hired, planning your next move … I’ve been through it all. My experiences allow me to help job seekers chart their best course of action. That process builds trust — they know I get them.
In the Great Recessionary dark days of 2009, every phone call seemed to be: “I’ve never needed a resume, but all I hear is 'Send me your resume.' I can't get a job interview without one — now what?!” That inspired me to up the ante on helping people land their dream jobs. Developing the Keva Dine Agency offshoot Creative Profiles to provide the fullest service possible — including personal-brand coaching — has been extremely rewarding.
Only you have your story, so it automatically differentiates you from the competition. It’s the source of your unique selling proposition. Tell your story and watch your personal brand come into focus. Think of us as your story editors.
CAREER STORYTELLER Julia Rubiner
My branding career began with rock stars and record-company suits, for whom I wrote artist biographies and executive profiles. A decade later I launched a branding agency, Editorial Emergency, focused on content and copy.
Before long a friend whose resume I wrote got a job at UCLA. When the employment market tanked in 2009, I starting working with Keva’s clients on their resumes and LinkedIn profiles.
I’ve gotten a CCO out of Maumee, Ohio, and into a gig with Razorfish in Austin, helped an employee of Western Connecticut State land a gig at Yale, and rerouted a career-switcher from account management to business development for City of Hope.
