The Keva Dine Agency started in November of 2001 (right after 9/11) with a new Mac laptop, a good sense of branding (thx you Chad Farmer!), and an innate sense of business selling savvy (thank you Mom, Dad!) I also knew how to tell a story, shape a brand, and build a culture, having watched the power of good branding playout in front of my eyes during my early career with Keva Marie designs, Poot! Clothing, Girls Kick Ass!, Foxy! Zine + Foxy(.com) - a short lived but impactful brand that still has staying power.

Six weeks after launching I made my first job placement with Rip Curl - I not only launched the placed Graphic Designers' career (Hi Gina!) - but the future of The Keva Dine Agency and my career as a Creative Industry Recruiter was born.
Having now launched thousands of careers, agencies & brands - The Keva Dine Agency remains the first call for many of the top Creatives and Creative Leaders in the biz. I've been tasked with tracking down a VP Global Brand/Creative for DC Shoes; an Account Coordinator to work on Apple’s account for the tech giant’s agency of record; a senior photo/art director for Target’s Midwestern advertising; and a Trend Hunter/Brand Strategist for a globally recognized, New York-based think tank, among many others.
Fun fact #1: Many of my former #BFFRecruiters are still Recruiting!
Fun fact #2: Most of my Clients are former Candidates. How's that for a success story!!!
Fun fact #3: I do good email. People save and reply to mine, some up to 10 years later!
Fun Fact #4: I only hire natural-born Creatives for Team Keva Dine Agency -- all of my #BFFRecruiters must have an eye for trends, design, style, and an innate biz savvy.
I believe in honest talk and quick responses. I do deep dives into every candidate and client's background. I'm tapped in and hooked up. I believe culture fit is everything.
